No Worries: November 12, 2018

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.
Proverbs 12:25

As human beings, we worry a lot more than we should, which usually causes other people to worry as well.

Why Worry: We all know that worrying doesn’t do us any good, but we do it anyway. (I should know!) But what always helps me calm down is asking God to help. A simple prayer can go a long way!
Be Encouraging: But most importantly, try to be encouraging rather than pessimistic! Just a little encouragement can help someone accomplish a big task. As well as a prayer, an encouraging word can go a long way too.
