“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
This week’s verse was chosen by Lauren Schmidt (Grade 8).
Have you ever felt like everything and everyone was against you? Like you were standing alone against the entire world? I’m here to tell you that you’re not! God is on your side, and He has a plan to make your life amazing. Truly amazing.
Trust God no matter what. No matter what you’re facing in life, God has a plan to get you through it. And He’ll even help you benefit from the experience! If you trust God through the “storm,” He’ll make sure that you come out stronger in the end. But you have to trust Him through it.
God always has a plan. God never does anything blindly, and there’s always a reason for something happening. No matter what it is. Nothing surprises God, so He always knows how to make a problem beneficial for you in the end.
You have a purpose. No matter what you’ve gone through, what you’re going through, or what you’re going to go through: you have a greater purpose. You exist for a reason! The world may say that you don’t; it may make you feel like you don’t; but don’t listen to the world. Instead, listen to God. It doesn’t matter who you are, just remember: YOU HAVE A PURPOSE!
In conclusion, everything (including you) has a purpose! Remember that and trust God with everything.
