Sports Management Plays Their Part

Lion Nation News reached out to students Grace Lewis and Elise Millet, both sophomores, about Sports Management. The Pride was curious as to  what they do in Sports Management, and what role that class plays in ACH sports.

Grace and Elise replied:
Sports management is a class that ACH offers to students to give them an opportunity to be more involved in sporting events. Every Friday we have a certified sports trainer teaching us about injury prevention and treatment so we can help contribute when needed on the football field. When not preparing for upcoming games, we will be learning about nutrition, the body systems, and even athletic training. Our class wdoes everything from filling water coolers to setting up medical supplies, or helping wherever needed.
